Relief through grief

Dear Friend,

Thank you for indulging me and being part of my monthly musings this year. I credit the consistency to the school of leadership course at Worship Harvest that I have been trying to balance with all the other things that life has blesses me with like a job, family, friends among others.

As you can possibly imagine I was raised in a strong catholic family so today 2nd November, 2022 I join the rest of the catholic community in celebration and commemoration of “All Souls’ Day”.

More profoundly now more than ever because my army of souls over the years has grown in number. From all my families and the very many people who are connected to me by relationship or engagement.

Statistics show that the death rate is 120 per minute. 65 million people die each year in the world.  That is 178,000 each day, 7425 each hour, and 120 each minute.

Thankfully, the birth rate is also equally high.

The UN estimates that around 385,000 babies are born each day around the world (140 million a year).  The crude birth rate is 18.2 births per 1,000 population or 267 births globally per minute or 4.5 births every second (2018 estimate).

While we continue to celebrate the new lives brought into the world for as long as they live; it is natural to forget those who have left but also those who are left behind.

Relief through Grief
Healing

This is why on this day; I have chosen to once again share with you and anyone else you know who has experienced loss in the past a little book that I have written in the hope that it will guide that person on their journey of healing as they gradually heal.

Even more so, that even when that person feels forgotten they will know that there is a virtual listening and compassionate confidant here for them as they gradually heal.

If you would like to grab a copy of the book for yourself or another person;

Today and always, may we all be reminded that our loved ones are no longer here physically but spiritually they are still forever connected to us.

Praying and believing with you all for healing, God’s comfort and embrace on your life’s journey. Stay FIRM in the knowledge that healing is yours and so is your walk in what you have been called here on earth to do.

Always,

Your virtual listening and compassionate confidant in Hope & Faith,
