Dear Friend,
The season to be merry is here. In the Ugandan setting, some people say it is “Drinkcember”. I don’t know about you.
Are you also Decembering?
For those of us who are not enthusiastic about the holidays because of a pain only best known to us; I understand; I have been there more times than one but please be reminded that we (You and I) were made for community and connection. Do not self-isolate unless it is a season of growth for you.
Allow yourself to enjoy this holiday. Do it for you.
Whatever it is for you, as you start your Christmas holidays please be reminded of the reason for the season.
The King of all LOVE, HOPE, JOY – The healer and redeemer’s birthday. Baby JESUS!
On his special birthday as you unpack what the year has been like for you and unwrap the gifts; I want to remind you, that the real gift for the season aside all packed gifts is YOU.
My dear friend, I may not know what makes you doubt yourself some times but I have been there and it is the reason I have chosen to share my life with you as we all re-define ourselves for a fulfilling present.
We have to acknowledge that it is an absolute privilege to be alive at this particular time, to experience life as is especially this Christmas. Even more, that those we are sharing this Christmas with this year are lucky to have us and get the privilege to experience the GIFT that is US.
My dear reading friend , you are a rare gift, uniquely born into this world for great exploits. Enjoy this Christmas season with that knowledge.
Most importantly on Sunday as you celebrate baby Jesus, ask him to help you get clarity of what your assignment is so that the world can experience the GIFT that is YOU
in great measure.

Ps: Jesus loves you more than I do or anyone else for that matter.
Remember it is the healing season. May you choose to heal, excel and thrive.
